      They have pretty good benefits but don't pay enough

      Cons

      Treatment of employees makes failed games If you are a creative, i would be very hesitant. They are lost and have no idea how to run a business. sinking ship if you ask anyone.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
