Everyone says they want change, but when it comes to taking action, there is a lot of resistance. Leadership has no strategy, and doesn’t understand the value of having a strategy. Hard on outsiders, and the owner doesn’t back you up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your recognition of our compensation and the long tenure of many of our employees—both are things we’re proud of.
We also take your feedback around change, strategy, and leadership seriously. Driving meaningful changes in an organization with deep experience and long-standing practices can be challenging, and we recognize that this can sometimes feel frustrating, particularly for those coming in with fresh perspectives. While progress may not always move as quickly as some would like, we recognize the importance of clarity around strategy, communication, and support during periods of change.
We value diverse viewpoints, including those that challenge the status quo, and we continue to look for better ways to ensure all employees feel supported and heard. Feedback like this helps inform where we need to grow, and we appreciate you sharing it.
Upscale work environment with excellent office facilities, strong technology resources, and very good overall benefits. Most employees are friendly and professional.
Cons
The company talks frequently about process improvement, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making, which is encouraging. However, in practice, new ideas or operational feedback are not always well received at the management level. There can be resistance to suggestions, even when those suggestions are intended to improve efficiency or solve business problems.
I also observed noticeable tension between departments and within administrative functions. On more than one occasion, I witnessed situations where one department insisted something could not be done when it actually could, creating unnecessary friction and inefficiency.
Turnover within some administrative departments appeared high. In my department, only one employee had been there longer than a year during my time with the company. There also appeared to be broader organizational tension, including leadership changes.
