      Pros

      Work at Pasha will most likely be like work anywhere else. It's nothing outstanding and you are not changing the world. You are getting a paycheck in exchange for labor. Pasha provides a decent benefit package of Medical Insurance choices, supplemental insurance and a 401K plan. There is option by the corporate office to contribute to profit sharing each year.

      Cons

      Salaries are in the 10th-25th percentile range for similar positions in the same industry and geographic area ( non-managerial positions). Basically you will be working at a bargain rate, so you might as well keep looking. Also, I am not sure what direction the company values and culture are heading. If you are non-union, non managerial member of the normal staff, your outlook on the future of the company will greatly be affected by the relationship between the union and the company as well as the competence of the middle and upper management. I do not wish to speak for my co-workers but I wouldn't be out of line saying moral is extremely low due to several factors that are mostly associated with management's abilities or inabilities for that matter. In essence, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and effort in a company that many long time veterans are starting to flee from. That's a significant statement to the corporate office on the state of things that speaks louder than anything I can say.

      Since this posting, we have added several positions at this individual's level. Thus addressing the "advice to management" section. For salaries, we pay competitive, market rates and reward high performance, as any company would. We have long tenure employees, especially at this location, so I do not know what "veterans fleeing" statement is referencing. All in all, we are proud to do our best with our employees which speaks to the long tenure we have with many of them (average of 10 years or more).

      Pros

      Upscale work environment with excellent office facilities, strong technology resources, and very good overall benefits. Most employees are friendly and professional.

      Cons

      The company talks frequently about process improvement, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making, which is encouraging. However, in practice, new ideas or operational feedback are not always well received at the management level. There can be resistance to suggestions, even when those suggestions are intended to improve efficiency or solve business problems. I also observed noticeable tension between departments and within administrative functions. On more than one occasion, I witnessed situations where one department insisted something could not be done when it actually could, creating unnecessary friction and inefficiency. Turnover within some administrative departments appeared high. In my department, only one employee had been there longer than a year during my time with the company. There also appeared to be broader organizational tension, including leadership changes.
