      I'm grateful to have wonderful colleagues, no office politics especially on the lower level

      Extremely slow growth in terms of promotion and pay raise, bonuses are capped to a low amount; felt like nothing entice me to keep working hard.. other than the threat of being laid off

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
