      Pros

      Salary is ok and for those that are allowed to WFH still thats good too

      Cons

      stagnant "leaders" mistaking rounds of layoffs and hiring their friends as VPs for leadership. Too many vibe coders and people leaders not enough competent staff (most have been let go)

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
