      - Feel bloated. Management heavy. Less ICs in Data Science. - Hence, constant fear of layoffs - Promotions are slow. Very slow career growth - Work feels not very impactful - Under performing stock value - Culture deteriorating

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
