      Pros

      PayPal is always pushing you to improve yourself. There are good vertical advancement and cross promotional opportunities. The salary is quite competitive with similar market job placement.

      Cons

      Although a great company to work for in Ireland, the job opportunities for IT-roles/programming-roles in Ireland are lacking. Most of the programming roles are in US and India.
