Green building, onsite gym, shuttle transportation, customer driven goals = gold mine for business development and product development, green company, bicycle friendly. Good experience for new grads, consultants and summer interns
Cons
Lots of turnover in management and re-organization of groups. No real career development. Chances of getting a good manager is like gambling. management is authoritative, hierarchical and elitist
