      Pros

      They have the sabbatical every 5 years and bonding time after a child. Good benefits, could be better. Stock program and 401k thru Charles Schwab

      Cons

      You are under the gun stats wise, you make a mistake and they never let you forget it. It all started about 2 years ago, and once I got her bad side, there was no turning back.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
