Multinational, good benefits, nice working environment.
Cons
Too much blabla and eventually no change or very slow. Career progress not easy achievable. Your managers must like you, then they will promote you. Unwritten law: Never critisize your TL or manager. Once someone is in this position it is hardly possible to get rid of them even if they ae unqulified for their position. In the job no room for creativity. It is working in a routine and scheme only.
