      -Promotions are tough as 20-50 people will apply for 1 position -Very micromanaged -You become a number, someone they can replace -Extra hard work gets you a pat on the back

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
