Pros
I worked out of the Boston office. Great team and atmosphere. Good way to build connections in Boston. A lot of the team that was here before the acquisition is still here, so they're not typical big business guys.
Cons
Not a lot of senior tech people. eBay gets in the way a LOT. Project managers can be kind of iffy. A lot of the super-best people left after the acquisition.
