      talent management is too localized. Good talent can be put to use at eBay irrespective of the subsidiary. Delay in getting out full time offers.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
