Pros
Great people to work for, although it depends on your immediate manager. Salary on the lower end of industry average. If you're interested in progression it's there if you work for it. Flexibility regarding working hours and work from home (even before covid!)
Cons
Tools outdated and inefficient, analyst time better spent on analysis instead of fixing broken infrastructure
