Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work environment, Great benefits, very good growth opportunities, good people around to work with. You can get pretty much everything you need to be productive.
Cons
Great promotion opportunities for developers but not so many in PMO. Management is very political will work against you if you are being perceived on the wrong side. Lots of money is mismanaged and spent on offsites/travel. More than 50% of the travel can be easily cut. Headcounts are reduced in last quarters to save money which was overspent in first 3 quarters.
