      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement from entry level to management are certainly here. They support educational and personal development. There are challenging jobs and customers can be very difficult but overall the work/life balance is pretty good.

      Stressful tasks. Multitasking constantly.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
