Pros
Amazing opportunities to grow and challenge yourself. Have seen many peers rise through the ranks and find roles on widely different teams. Pay is good, and stock has done well for the last four years.
Cons
Technology limits the ability to do cool things fast. Sometimes feels more like a bank than an Internet company. Growth rates are slowing. Re-orgs are so frequent that strategies rarely get a chance to take hold.
