      1. Work-life balance is OK. 2. My team has a pretty good culture of sharing and collaboration.

      1. A large amount of my work is writing SQL to pull data from different sources, which is not very interesting. 2. The compensation is not very competitive.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
