      8:30 - 6pm schedule Monday - Friday Limited abilities to work cross-functionally Many departments felt disconnected Longer than average delay for receiving commission checks - no set schedule for when we would get each commission check

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
