Pros
Area Coaches are very helpful and competent. Excellent benefits package, the employees are great. Good discounts on food and given some freedom towards cash rewards for your team.
Cons
Long hours are expected in this business but it got a little ridiculous, 65 hours minimum. Constantly understaffed and not given the necessary labor dollars to properly run store and properly service customers.
