Area Manager at SE Pizza Group - Area Coach Pizza Hut Employee Review

Too much movement-transferring to new/different areas at my level. Just when things get going better, they move people around again. Very little, if any, opportunities for career advancement. Poor work/life balance due to extensive travel to stores supervised. Lots of people at my position have to work great distances from where they live - was not good for me and wastes a lot of time just driving, even though they have people living close to stores, they always seem to have people traveling very far to work. Compensation very low for the time/travel/work you have to put into the job.
