Pros
Surprising leniency in regards to employee error (or I suppose you could say neutrality). Easy (even if a little vague) hiring process. Other than that, I got nothing.
Cons
The company (at least my local franchise) is OBSESSED with the "bottom line" and profit margins, and believe me, this is felt by the main labor force. Very little to no positive reinforcement for model behavior or over achievement. Regional and District management is always demanding more from already downtrodden workers who are only compensated nominal or minimal wage (and only scheduled base hours to avoid "obamacare".) The food recipes are too over engineered and make an already stressful job even more chaotic. Corners are cut at every angle possible with the product, preparation, and so forth. Half the time management is either undependable because of squabbling between themselves or cracking a metaphorical whip to somebody who had the bad luck of looking at them wrong.
