Pros
You have the ability to work overtime, which is nice when your money hungry. Lots of room for growth if that is something you want to do.
Cons
Higher management focus too much in certain metrics and doesn't care if your over worked. They don't care about upgrading any old or broken equipment, they'll throw money at it but then will complain that people cost too much. Pizza hut as a brand can't keep up with dominos if it continues on the path its on.
