Pros
Calm work environment, low effort work environment, don't have to drive too far
Cons
Not a career that can take you much of anywhere. Ultimately the top position would be the franchise owner which there is no promotion for. Really just best for a second source of income or for someone who doesn't need the income a salaried position somewhere would provide.
