Awful Interview Experience - Technical Program Manager PlayStation Employee Review

Applied for a job here which was successful in that I had a screen with the recruiter. That went well and I was told I progressed to the next round. I received an email asking for my availability which I provided, and then heard nothing back. I followed up with the recruiter to see if they were still in the process of scheduling the interview and to share my updated availability but again, received no reply. It’s super frustrating when incompetent recruiters ruin your chance of getting hired because they fail to their job properly. To make matters worse I received an automated email survey a few weeks later asking me how the interview went.
