Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits and stability here are great, especially for a company in this field. And, this is from someone who was laid off. They are also one of the top game companies, when it comes to paying their full time employees a good salary.
Cons
Although their salaries are great, the raises aren't, even with top yearly review scores. Over the course of 6-7 years, I received a total 9% raise. The actual salary was still better than all other places, but in a better market, I probably would have looked elsewhere. #2 absolutely no career advancement opportunity. Everyone is pretty much locked in place.
