Salary not competitive, OLD systems and technology, No direction from direct management, MD who lived and breathed the brand and cared about everyone was let go after launching the business 20+ years ago. Heartless. Collaboration between departments is not encouraged. Absolute boys club, no female managers. My manager would pile work on top of me even though i was struggling and concerns were laughed off.
