We are so sorry you felt this way. We have been working on revamping our total compensation and rewards packages, and we feel our compensation is well aligned with the markets we are in. We also have done quite a bit of work on internal equity, pulling up the pay of anyone who was underpaid. I am not sure what role you were in to, "work around the clock," as this role is global and we don't work 24/7. If you had complaints about management regarding harassment, we hope that you were able to take solid information to HR and file a complaint, because we do not believe anyone should be exposed to that type of work environment.
