Pros
Playboy is very creative and has a killer brand that everyone knows, working there opens doors with vendors and others.
Cons
No great culture across the company, you would think the job is at IBM not Playboy. Employees are never provided with perks associated with the brand, you need to beg and beg to ever hope to attend a Playboy event. HR not very involved in training or motivating performance.
