      Pros

      You can get to learn a lot and work with very smart people and with different technologies. The work/life balance can be very good and they are very flexible with your time and how you like to work. The people are awesome and very open to talk and help..everyone is also super fun.

      Cons

      The compensation is a little bellow market nowadays.
