They will dismissed you for YES or NO, as contractor you do not allow to have an opinion any team lead can ask your dismissal and the management will accept without doing any investigation. If you are contractor you are always wrong I worked there rom May 2015 December 2015. I was hired for 6 months contract, it was renew twice because I was doing well. They recall me for 6 more months in 2016 but as soon as I talk to the central manager about my tough concerning some behaviors of my team lead at 7o Wellington ST in Toronto I was dismissed couple days after without any notice or warning. Also their salary are low compare to others Canadian banks. To much security making very hard to do your job
