They have transformed their products successfully from print to all forms of electronic publishing. Their subscription models are excellent
Cons
In US - they leave division management alone to do whatever they please. The result of this omnipotence? Ruthless division CEOs/ presidents - who take the money and run. Employees worked nights and weekends to meet commitments - with nary an executive in sight.
