      + Clear career progression opportunities and support from senior team members + Teams are friendly and it's easy to build strong relationships with colleagues + Exposure to a variety of industries and types of work (no day is the same)

      - Modernisation of certain processes are counter-productive to efficiency and aren't correctly implemented - Regional collaborations can be difficult due to difference in methodologies and practices - Big 4 hires are sometimes unaware of the culture and workstyle, inadvertently adding unnecessary pressure to junior staff regarding deadlines

      Pros

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Cons

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
