Great from the outside, chaos on the inside - Administrative Rakuten Employee Review

The company does a great job of appealing to you with all the sports partnerships and great office/perks. However, when you finally start to get working, there is little direction and departments are a mess. The leaders do not hold their employees accountable (especially mid management) so you have people who are literally working less than 6 hours in the company and those managers get away with it because the leaders have no idea what their employees are doing.
