      Pros

      If you share the company philosophy, empowerment, it must be a very good place to work for. Lots of opportunities to challenge yourself under good pressure. Many young people. Now trying to expand its business worldwide. Promoting English inside the company; getting more and more like a global company.

      Cons

      Compared to firms in the U.S. the pay is not so great. There are no programs to support employees study abroad.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
