      Fast paced (learn more here in 1 yr than at other places in 2-3 yrs) Lot of transparency (weekly all company meeting w updates from all areas) Metrics oriented approach

      Cons

      "C" level team not really "C" level - they dont have executive authority or ability. Puts lot of stress on middle mgmt and individual contributors

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
