I highly recommend running the contract content and text through AI software to catch hidden clauses, and ensure every verbal promise made by a recruiter or supervisor is immediately confirmed by you in writing. The recruitment process felt incredibly predatory and non-transparent. In my experience, communication completely dropped off and I was met with total silence from agency staff once the assignment was underway.
