Raizen is a very fast paced company, focused on increasing profits with a high-quality operation and delivering the most value for its owners and clients. The company has multiple internal opportunities, multiple offices in Brazil and some worldwide, very focused on meritocracy.
Cons
The entry salaries are not good and the company is not very focused on its employees. Sometimes it is necessary to work long hour journeys to achieve the goals and, most of this times, this effort is not recognized.
