Pros

During my time at Red Bull, I had the opportunity to develop my skills in sales execution, field operations, account management, route-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The structure, training, and support provided by the organization helped me strengthen my leadership qualities and professional discipline.

Cons

High workload and operational pressure: The level of daily operational tasks, reporting, and administrative duties often exceeded standard expectations, which occasionally limited strategic focus and long-term planning. Frequent structural and procedural changes: Processes, priorities, and internal structures were adjusted often and sometimes without adequate transition time, which created confusion and reduced efficiency on the field. Limited upward communication: Some decisions were made centrally without sufficient feedback from field teams, resulting in a gap between strategic expectations and real market conditions. Insufficient support during critical operational periods: Peak seasons and high-pressure initiatives were not always backed by the needed manpower or resources, which put additional strain on regional teams. Work–life balance challenges: Due to constant field operations, extended travel, and last-minute tasks, maintaining a healthy work–life balance was difficult. Training inconsistency: While some areas were well supported, others lacked consistent or advanced training, especially regarding new systems or operational tools.
