      Great culture. They know how to develop talent and encourage advancement. Always looking to promote from within. Always looking to improve upon every aspect of the company.

      Cons

      The hours tend to wear on you after a while. Start early finish late. Do not even apply unless you're okay with starting work at 5am everyday.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
