Pros
The company provides lots of opportunities for cool experiences at events, retreats, team meetings etc.
Cons
Lots of changes have led to bad morale amongst the workforce. There is a power struggle between HQ in Austria and North American leadership which is stifling growth and innovation. "Flat organization" isn't really flat and there are definitely egos and corporate politics.
