Pros
Free Red Bull When I first started, they offered incentives like trips and tickets All the ASMs know it sucks so you have people to empathize Get weekends and holidays off - not a big deal working 10 hr days
Cons
Horrific compensation plan- used to be hourly plus commission. Now you have certain goals each month that no one can give you updates on and when you don't hit them, you lose half of your paycheck. Plus, they're making so many changes that you can't figure out what you need to do to get paid. So many guys have quit that they can't find anyone to hire because people laugh at the salary they're offering. HR is worthless and so is most of the management. Actively looking for another job.
