Pros
Shared identity, great parties, meeting interesting people, strong team spirit!
Cons
Did not enforce education and training at the marketing office in my country. People were stuck there, loosing competency and batle with time and new technologies! Afraid of new generations did not share anything with us. I have a feeling that management from our office won`t be able to work anywhere else once when they are done with Red Bull. That is why they stay in RB as long as they can with being aware that they do not know to do anything else.
