      - If you work in communications the events/activities you work in are amazing. - the opportunity for growth inside the company are huge - the network of contacts and experience you build is unmatchable - good care of the employees and ok benefits

      Cons

      - extremely demanding company in terms of commitment (long working days, lots of travel) - sometimes the company "culture" is a bit overbearing
