Pros
Great college job, fun work atmosphere. great opportunity to learn about creative marketing ideas. Opportunity to attend and help with production of some fun events
Cons
Not much support from supervisors. During the time i was an SBM the work load and KPI's increased alot, I dont know what current expectations are but it definitely takes a driven person to maintain a balance between school, social life, and being an SBM
