      Independence to complete KPIs throughout the semester. Work is fun - first hand experience working with professional athletes, innovative events, and awesome coworkers. Not to mention all the Red Bull you can ask for.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover which can lead to miscommunication and a disconnect between employees and management.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
