      Pros

      Was able to hangout with friends while working and enjoy the social scene. Good pay for college job. Made great friends with the girls I worked with.

      Cons

      Poor management sometimes. You can be seen as a "promo" position.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
