Pros
Represent a Top Notch Brand! Still facing growing pains in the U.S. but is on a fast track to the top! Room to grow and advance. Can be very fast hours and high tempo work. Great Team environment.
Cons
Long days can come frequently. Pay/Pay system needs to be fixed. Management ranges from "okay" to "how did you even get this job". Needs to be restructured for future success
