      High executive leadership turnover which led to poor employee morale and low employee satisfaction. US-CEO, CMO abruptly let go in 2020, President left organization in 2021. 3rd VP of National Accounts in 3 years. CMO turnover again in 2023. Constant supply chain issues.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
