As a Red Bull Grad, you have a lot of freedom to work on projects that you are interested in with the support of an amazing team of experienced managers. There is a huge emphasis on development and making sure you end up in the right job when the grad program is over.
Cons
If you are not a independent learner and work, the grad program would be tough. You have to make your path so keep that in mind when applying.
